Receptionist

- Perform receptionist general duties including greeting visitors, mailing, courier and assist in organizing company activities
- Perform all round office administration and clerical duties such as equipment, maintenance and procurement of office supplies
- Provide clerical support to HR & Admin
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
- Form 5/ DSE graduate or above
- Experience in receptionist is highly preferred
- Well-organized, self-motivated, detailed mind with strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (Bank Holiday)
