Registered Nurse 註冊護士 (DHCE Tai Po)

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide health assessment, screening, counseling, health education, and other nursing services in DHC Express (DHCE) core center and service points
  • Provide health promotion and disease prevention programs
  • Coordination of care among multi-disciplines in DHCE and DHCE Network Service Providers
  • Operate the clinical management system for clinical documentation and communication
  • Perform ad hoc duties initiated by supervisor within DHC scheme service scope
Requirements
  • Recognised degree or above in Nursing and/or equivalent; Experience in primary health or community services will be an advantage
  • Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and with a valid practicing certificate
  • Preferably with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in patient care related nursing practice as Registered Nurse
  • Ability to work independently and a good team player
  • Proactive, hardworking and passionate about serving in the primary health / community health sector
  • With customer-oriented and quality assurance mindset
  • Able to work flexible hours (non-office hours & Saturdays)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese with good computer literacy
