Our Client, a leading Global bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a ‘Relationship Manager/Senior’ for their Banking team, as they are expanding operations in Hong Kong.

You will have to offer pro-active solutions to meet the varying requirements of the customers such as, but not limited to, Account servicing, new account opening, query handling, internet banking related, customer advices etc.

Responsibilities:
You will provide a "Wealth Management" solution / advice to High Net Worth Individuals

You will find, attract and source new clients using your own merit and network

Retain existing clients and build positive and solid relationships

Act as a Personal Wealth Manager; draw up a comprehensive asset strategy

To source customers (cold calls) and physical visits to Individuals/Corporates/SMEs with a view to acquire new accounts

Provide financial solutions to customers to achieve business targets on wealth management

Identify customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review

Requirements:
You are well-versed with the Banking Reforms / Regulatory Changes in the market

You are conscious of the high Sensitivity & Confidentiality requirement of the market

Strong knowledge of Wealth Mgmt./Private Banking products and services

Must be registered RI (Regulated Activities; Types 1 & 4)

Degree Holder or equivalent, preferably in Finance or other Business disciplines

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in banking or financial institution

Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance and investment

Sound knowledge of wealth management products

Self-motivated, customer-centric and able to work under pressure

Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills

Excellent command of English & Japanese/Indonesian/Malay/Thai Language is essential for this role
