Job Description
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly, politely and helpfully
  • Follow up reservations to ensure that all reservations are in good order
  • Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Keep record of all reservations through a well-organized filling system
Job Requirements
  • Certificate holder in hospitality management or related disciplines.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
