Who we are looking for?

What will you do?

To handle all guest inquiries and deliver up-to-standard service

To perform and respond for accurately processing reservations with details, checking availability, and confirming the booking in the reservations system

To provide excellent customer service following the Hotel’s standards in all emails and phone calls

To raise and communicate with the team and other departments for any special guest arrangement and request

To familiarize the information on the Hotel’s facilities, amenities, service, and standard

To follow and implement the hotel’s strategies

To perform any other ad hoc tasks, reports, and duties assigned by the supervisor

To work on shift and be flexible about working on weekends or public holidays

Knowledge and skills

Certificate / Diploma or above education qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field

Fresh graduates with passion are also welcome

Relevant experience in the reservations / front office is preferable

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
