We're looking for a skilled e-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team! You'll be responsible for helping Hong Kong exporters grow their business on our e-platform, utilizing various channels to identify and approach potential clients.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize diverse communication channels to engage with Hong Kong exporters and promote the features of our e-platform
• Assess clients' business requirements and create tailored e-Commerce strategies, including membership options, digital marketing services, logistics management, and more
• Foster new business prospects and facilitate comprehensive export E-commerce solutions for customers
• Monitor industry developments and trade patterns, applying E-commerce and export commerce acumen to boost clients' online presence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Strong knowledge of e-Commerce industry trends, including the e-platform running concept
• Good communication skill to recommend appropriate services to clients
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin Chinese would be advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Immediate availability is preferred
