Senior Customer Service Executive - FMCG

- Handle enquiries, complaints from customers and high-tier members in professional tone and manner
- Handle day-to-day administration work if needed
- Supervise junior customer service staff in providing professional customer service to the public and tenants
- Assist team manager to maintain daily operation of CS team in China
- Provide on-the-job training & coaching for service excellence to the junior staff
- Prepare reports and present data analysis summary for service review to team manager and department head
- Occasional travel to China may be required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service industry with supervisory or coaching experience
- Experience in cooperating with retail / FMCG / healthcare industries would be a big plus
- Experience in multiple customer communication channels, including but not limited to social media, hotline, live chat, etc
- Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organization skills with strong leadership and customer focus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS applications (Power Point, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
- Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business-related disciplines
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
