Senior Manager, Human Resources (C&B Focus)

CTFE and its leadership team have enjoyed a long, celebrated history of involvement in education for over 40 years. From becoming a school-sponsoring body to supervising and managing K-12 schools, engaging in education philanthropy and research, and making education investments, to name a few key areas, CTFE’s many and varied education-related activities have operated independently of one another but, when taken together, have played a crucial role in impacting the kindergarten to secondary (K-12) education space in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Today, K-12 education is at the heart of CTFEG’s vision and mission, serving students, parents and educators through kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and partner schools in Mainland China. Our school networks include Victoria Educational Organisation, Victoria Playpark, DSC International School and ARCH Education.

Responsibilities
Lead the C&B function to ensure the performance meets the company's standards
Oversee and streamline the end-to-end C&B operations, including payroll processing, benefits enrolment, and administration of employee benefits programs
Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies & procedures that comply with legal, industry and regulatory standards
Manage the annual C&B Projects i.e. budgeting, market benchmarking, salary structure development etc.
Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to guide on C&B-related matters, including performance review, promotions, and incentive plans
Analyse compensation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the current programs
Provide practical and professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
Involve in the HRIS implementation project, ensuring successful planning, execution, and enhancement
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on C&B-related topics
Take on additional C&B-related projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in C&B management, including 5 years in managerial level
Strong interpersonal communication, project management, and implementation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment, strong in workload prioritization
Highly organized with strong attention to details
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
Immediate available is highly preferred
