Senior Manager, IT Programme and Change Management
CONTRACT

Responsibilities
- Define programme goals, roadmap, allocate resources, manage timelines and monitor progress. Develop and maintain a comprehensive programme management framework to oversee the execution of the IT transformation roadmap
- Provide programme updates, reports and executive-level presentations to key stakeholders
- Define the desired future state of the organization and develop initiatives that support its achievements. Assess the IT Organization's change readiness and identify areas that require additional support or interventions to facilitate seamless transformation
- Involve providing mitigation guidance to potential risks and issues/performance report to executive and project teams that could impact the transformation roadmap
- Collaborate and provide advice for Cross-functional/departmental Strategic Initiatives - Identify the inter-dependencies and priorities of various initiatives, orchestra the sequences or KPI for measurement & benefit tracking. Provide project management support to cross-functional/departmental IT strategic initiatives
- Manage and promote Agile methodology and mindset to the organization. Provide support to product teams such as Agile coaching / training. Uplift overall agile maturity in the IT organization and business departments
- Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments and contingency plans with appropriate documentation
- Provide programme updates, reports and executive-level presentations to key stakeholders
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalence in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology / Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 12 years or more IT experience with at least 8 years on complex IT / digital solution delivery, planning, design, development or similar experience
- Experience working closely with senior executives to drive strategic priorities
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional programmes and projects
- Change management expertise to navigate organizational dynamics and drive adoption of new initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to effectively present and influence senior leadership
- Strong collaboration and team leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
- Willingness to learn and learn fast
