Responsibilities:
To identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products;
Drive the developing strategies for new products including product from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch;
Lead and monitor product development & renovation projects;
Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies, e-shop development and social media to increase brand awareness and supporting business growth in PRC;
Manage advertising/ promotion/ online marketing and business partners including Hong Kong & Oversea markets to ensure smooth executions of the marketing programs;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, product, branding, sales teams etc. to achieve business targets;
Involve marketing activities to achieve business targets and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities;
Support ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business management or related discipline;
With 3-5 years marketing experience in retail / FMCG (bottled drinks preferred);
With solid experience on market data analysis;
Experience in digital marketing is advantageous;
Able to independently manage project and drive progress;
Good business sense, logical mind-set and project management skills;
Good communications skill in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Marketing Officer"
