About the Role

As a Senior Officer, Client Services in our Institutional Operations team, you’ll play a key role in helping the Head of Client Services in the delivery of service excellence. You will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the team by ensuring timely, accurate processing and tracking of clients’ queries. He / she has to implement initiatives to improve customer experience and team efficiencies.

What will your day look like?

As a Senior Officer, Client Services you will be responsible to;

Ensure nil operational loss in the processes

Achieve consistent service standards and policies, taking into account the role of each channel in the customer experience

Keep customers, stakeholders and line manager update with the progress of any escalated issues

Be responsible and ensure the continued delivery of quality service levels

Identify best practice customer service approach of the industry and implementation/integration with ANZ processes.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support and actively assist other team members

Ensure to protect clients’ data and no data leakage

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Tertiary qualification

Strong working experience in a service environment (preferably in banking or

financial institutions)

Comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles, concepts and customer

concerns

Good communication skills and speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese as you would be interacting with customers speaking in these languages

Demonstrate good computer literacy and ability to grasp technical concepts
