About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to build out our medical services provider network.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Resolve daily servicing issues in our medical providers
• Monitor and enhance the health experience for our customers, and proactively monitor and report on any provider performance issues
• Make recommendations on provider network enhancement according to our business needs
• Support medical network development activities, including
  • Perform due diligence on our medical providers and ensure proper documentation in the process
  • Conduct training and demos for our network partners
  • Prepare or review manuals, legal documents, and other related content
• Provide support to ad hoc activities in operations

About you

You are a resourceful, professional, and personable individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in the medical industry, at least 1 of which in medical provider management within an insurance company
• Excellent command of English and Chinese and comfortable preparing or reviewing manuals, legal documents, and other related content
• Strong project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office

And, the following qualifications are preferred but not essential

• Prior experience in health insurer
• Knowledge of health / medical insurance
• Prior experience and/or interest in system UAT or setup
