SENIOR PROPERTY OFFICER / PROPERTY ASSISTANT (New Site - 2 Openings)

2 openings:

Senior Property Officer
Property Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality customer services to tenants/customers
Provide daily supports to the property management office
Maintain rapport with tenants
Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants

Requirements:

Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in Housing Management or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or property management industry
Outgoing, responsible and willing to deal with people
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
