Job Responsibilities:
Deliver teaching services in the relevant subjects of various international curricula and levels

Perform duties in relation to students’ learning development such as delivering progress reports and communicating with guardians regarding students’ learning progress

Lead or participate in academic-related projects such as teaching materials development and academic seminars

Work with subject coordinators and departmental head to set forth training needs, objectives and program details

Administer training initiatives such as preparing training materials; organizing; scheduling and conducting training sessions; and suggesting matching initiatives relating to syllabus training, teaching skills, presentation delivery and subject expertise.

Review progress and results of training initiatives

Maintain and inspect records in relation to training initiatives

Report to departmental head and the Management team

Essential Qualities

Bachelor’s degree in English / English Literature or a related major

Track record of expertise in international tests and syllabuses such as the IB, I/GCSE, GCEAL, AP or SAT

5 years or above professional teaching experience in learning center

Experience in teacher training is an advantage

Strong commitment to education

Accountable and motivated individual with radiant team spirits
