Requirements

Form 6 graduate or above

Relevant experience gained in sizable hotel is an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Familiar with food hygiene system such as HACCP.
