Responsibilities:
Perform trade processing and daily settlement for Hong Kong listed stocks, HK Connect A Stocks, and equity options

Handle stock deposits and withdrawals (physical / CCASS)

Assist with corporate action in related markets

Conduct daily cash and stock reconciliations and stamp duty returns

Prepare foreign exchange transactions

Handle ad-hoc projects and UAT testing

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in any disciplines

At least 1 year of settlement experience in brokerage industry

Hands-on experience with CCASS and proficiency in MS Office

Hardworking with a willingness to take on responsibilities and a good team spirit.

Able to work overtime and under pressure

Good communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English

Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Settlement Officer role
