社會工作員 (宿舍) (天水圍區)
Descriptions
  • 為入宿舍友提供專業評估及推行復元計劃，為舍內前線同事提供臨床指導及支援；並協助上級確保中途宿舍運作暢順，以及進行服務策劃及發展
  • 五天工作制，有需要時須留宿候召及假日當值
  • 註冊社工，中英文良好，熟悉個案輔導技巧及危機介入
  • 具三年或以上相關經驗或復元人士服務者優先考慮
  • 主動、熱誠，具獨立工作能力及良好溝通技巧，富團隊合作精神
本會提供之員工福利，包括進修津貼、住院及門診醫療計劃，工作滿五年後可獲額外僱主強積金供款等。
