Location: G/F - Kai Tak Commercial Building - 2, Morrison Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
Job Description: We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, and friendly Shop Clerk to join our team. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave but it can lead to a long-term employment if we find the right person. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and capable of handling various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders and inquiries through various channels (online, phone, and in-person).
• Plan and coordinate deliveries and drivers.
• Pack tartes and ensure they are ready for delivery or pick-up.
• Manage simple administrative tasks to support shop operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Working hours: From 9:30AM to 6:30PM (5 days a week - Sunday off)
Salary: HK$16,500/month

職位描述：我們正在尋找一位有組織、有上進心、友善的店員加入我們的團隊。這是一個臨時職位，用於休產假，但如果我們找到合適的人選，它可以是長期僱用。最理想的人選是以客為本，能夠有效地處理各種任務。
主要職責：

• 透過各種管道（線上、電話和親自）處理客戶訂單和查詢。
• 計劃和協調送貨和司機。
• 包裝餡餅並確保它們已準備好交付或提貨。
• 管理簡單的行政任務以支援商店營運。

所需技能：

• 較強的組織能力。
• 自我激勵，有獨立工作的能力。
• 舉止友善且平易近人
• 優秀的客戶服務技能。

持續時間：6個月（可延長）
工作時間：上午 9:30 至下午 6:30 ( 5天工作，星期日休息 )
薪資：港幣16,500元/月
