Responsibilities
Provide high quality customer services and maintain a good relationship with our existing clients
Provide on-site assistance; pre-show and after-show secure delivery service support to the exhibitors
Liaise with internal department and Shows organizers to ensure and to secure the efficient delivery service for the exhibitors
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
Opportunities for overseas business trips
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or other related disciplines
1 year relevant working experience preferred (experience in operations will be an advantage)
Strong customer service, communication and project management skills
Mature, responsible, proactive, outgoing, well-organized and detail-minded
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS office
