Job Duties:
Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction activities including progress, quality control and safety requirements

Preparation of documents and submission

Work with the Contract Manager to plan manpower resources and equipments

Coordinate with clients, government authorities for progress of works

Monitor and supervise site labour and sub-contractors performing activities

Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines with years 3 of experience in the term maintenance contract

12 years of experience in Civil Engineer or Road Maintenance

Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and could work independently

Good command of English and Cantonese

Candidate with a driving license is an advantage

Immediately available is highly preferred
