We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Private Banking (PB) product platform. This role involves curating a comprehensive suite of investment products—including funds, FX, bonds, equities, structured products, and insurance—designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your expertise will guide clients through tailored asset allocation and product advice.

Core Responsibilities:
Product Development : Innovate and manage a robust PB product platform that caters to various risk appetites and return expectations.

Resource Utilization : Leverage the strengths in effective product sourcing with synergy amount the subsidiaries of group.

Strategic Sourcing : Craft and execute an open architecture strategy to integrate offerings from third-party providers.

Due Diligence : Recommend enhancements and conduct thorough evaluations for new products.

Team Collaboration : Partner with the Relationship Management and Business Development teams to drive marketing efforts and ensure exceptional client service, all while adhering to compliance standards.

Portfolio Analysis : Engage in product development and conduct in-depth analyses of PB investment portfolios.

Fintech Integration : Enhance the application of Fintech solutions in developing PB’s Investment & Insurance (I&I) offerings.

Team Leadership : Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and talent retention initiatives.

Requirements:
Experience : At least 10 years in the investment industry, particularly within wealth management platforms of leading banks in Hong Kong.

Specialization : A minimum of 8 years focused on funds, FX, bonds, equities, structured products, and/or insurance.

Business Acumen : A passion for building a competitive business platform with a strong goal-oriented approach.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
