We are looking for a professional to join our team URGENTLY:
Responsibilities:
To analyze user requirements and perform system design and development to fulfil user requirements
Works with Business Analyst team to collect user requirement and provide technical recommendation and prepare technical documentation
Defines application problem and troubleshoot application problems and conduct effective code walkthrough
Validates results by testing programs
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
To work with project & application development team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years solid experience in application and agile project development
Familiar with J2EE, Java Script, HTML5, CSS, Spring, Rest API, Eclipse
Experience in Micro-service, Vue.js, Node.js, and Dev Ops (e.g. Jenkins, Selenium, Git Lab, Jira, Docker, etc.)
Experience on database knowledge in MSSQL/Oracle/My SQL/Postgre SQL
Experience with DMS, Workflow, SDLC, cloud native will be an advantage
Government project experience is preferable
Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin, good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good sense of the UX/UI design
Less experience will be considered as Sr. Analyst Programmer
