ECOSPACE Ltd, a 100% Veolia group, operates the Chemical Waste Treatment Facility (CWTF) of Hong Kong under a O&M contract with the Hong Kong SAR government. The CWTF is the only designated facility in Hong Kong to treat hazardous waste and infectious (medical) waste, in operation since 1993 and is installed in Tsing Yi - New Territories.

Furthermore, the CWTF provides emergency response services to assist Government Services in handling chemical spill incidents or other unplanned releases of hazardous materials in Hong Kong. The CWTF operates under ISO 9001 and 14001 certification and stringent regulatory and contractual requirements and conditions.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing Design Thinking processes, and Traditional SDLC processes

Drive and manage Application Solution Design - Architecture, Process Flows, UI/UX

Project Planning and Execution Monitoring (Waterfall and Agile)

Lead application systems support and Production Change Control

Stakeholder Management

Vendor and contract Management

Project and System management documentations

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ application development and production support experience

Project / Support Team leader experience is an advantage

Good experience in User Requirements Analysis and Solution Design

Good experience in Database Schema and Program Specification

Good experience in Quality Assurance such as test scenarios design and testing execution

Java, API, React Native / Angular, CI/CD

ERP, Budgetary , HCM experience is an advantage

Io T and AI application and integration experience is an advantage

Good interpersonal skills

Working level of written and spoken English and Cantonese
