Responsibilities:
Responsible for IT helpdesk support, call handling, provide follow-up action, coordination and escalation
Monitor the system health status, network performance and security control
Maintain and monitor daily system operation on Linux and Windows OS
Work with infrastructure team to assist on Installation, configuration and Maintenance of server and System OS

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
At least 1 year working experiences on Linux and Windows OS platforms
Knowledge of network communication, VMware, basic scripting skill is a plus
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and willing to learn on new technologies
Experience in Installation/ Configuration of Linux and/or Windows OS and related
Experience in Installation/ Configuration of VMware, Cloud and related
Certification in Linux and/or Windows/ VMware is an advantage
Training will be provided for candidates with less experience
