• Responsible the day to day warehouse functions involving coordination of activities concerned with receiving and delivery

• Responsible for keeping stock in right location and the tidiness of warehouse
• Preparing Goods Receiving report
• Stock take arrangement
• Responsible for inventory transactions are recorded correctly in MRP
• Liaise with forwarders and transportation companies to pick up and deliver goods in time
• Preparing shipping documents (e.g. packing list, delivery note, etc)
• Arrange resources to re-pack, sort and rework goods as per customers’ request before delivery
• Preparing monthly reports (e.g. stock take report, delivery performance report, sample stock, etc)
• Import and Export Declaration
• Handle goods return from customers

• Assisting Department Manager on any reporting, statistics, analysis activities etc. if requested to do so
