We are looking for Warehouse Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :
Tertiary education prefer supply chain management, logistics, or a related field

With 5 – 8 years proven experience as a warehouse manager or relevant role in a factory setting.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Fully responsible for managing warehouse in Mexico factory

Job summary : Inventory Management + Warehouse Operations + Logistics Coordination + Team Management

Implement and maintain inventory control systems to accurately track inventory levels.

Maintain effective and visible inventory control (SAP) and achieve an optimal stock level.

Supervise the receiving, inspection and storage of material from supplier/customer.

Ensure efficient space utilization through proper storage and stacking techniques.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are released onto the production line in a timely manner.

Coordinate with logistics team to schedule shipment arrangement.

Ensure accurate documentation and appropriate handling of shipments.

Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
