Job Responsibilities

• R&D in 5G base station protocol stack software architecture design.

• R&D in 5G base station protocol stack CU-UP software design.

• R&D in 5G base station protocol stack CU-CP software design.

• R&D in 5G base station protocol stack OAM software design.

• R&D in 5G base station integration and verification.

• R&D in 5G base station SON design and verification.

Requirements
· Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience may also be considered).
· Strong foundation in radio communications theory and digital signal processing; background in cellular communication systems across PHY, MAC, and RF layers is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, including MATLAB, Python, and C/C++, is preferred.
· Demonstrated success in innovative problem-solving and hands-on experience in design, development, testing, and standardization is advantageous.
· Experience in R&D project management is preferred.
· Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Cantonese and/or Putonghua is a plus.
· Strong team player with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Pay: $63,861.00 - $84,734.00 per month
