Job Description

Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical institute / technical college or equivalent; or

At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

Completion of recognized technician apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and

Attainment of a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard; together with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations;

Work on Construction Site in Hong Kong (Tseung Kwan O Site / Queen Mary Hospital Site) or Pre-fabrication Factory in PRC.
