Responsibilities
  • 協助單位一般文書工作,如檔案管理、會議記錄等
  • 協助製作網上/電子/多媒體教材、錄製及剪輯教學影片,支援單位以視像進行訓練
  • 支援家長使用網上媒介、協助視像/網上活動推行及科技產品的應用
  • 協助處理單位行政事務,如電話查詢、採購等
  • 處理由督導指派的其他工作
  • 合約期:一年
  • 工作地點:天水圍
Requirements
  • (i)完成中五會考課程或
  • (ii)完成中六中學文憑課程或
  • (iii)副學士、高級文憑或具同等學歷或以上程度
  • 熟悉使用MS Office及EXCEL
  • 熟悉電腦及網絡系統優先
  • 良好的組織及溝通能力、主動、有禮貌、有責任感及樂於與專業人士、老師、家長和幼兒溝通

  • The Association is a social welfare organization that provides professional services. The service targets include children and young people. Starting from December 1, 2011, employees are required to apply for a sexual conviction record check before entering employment.

Personal Information Collection Statement for Recruitment
  • The personal data provided in the application forms will be used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes.
