「日本美食橫町」以上世紀 40 至 80 年代的昭和時代為主題，從古樸的木系牆壁到老式燈飾，每個細節都呈現當時的美學精髓，帶領顧客感受時光倒流的奇妙之旅。這裏匯集了10家別具特色、由米芝蓮團隊主理的日本餐廳。為大家帶來各款日式地道經典美食，包括主打生猛海鮮的「海宝水產」、匠人手握壽司的「鮨愛」、傳統日式料理「天鳥居酒屋」、地道的日式拉麵「 i 拉麵」、曾任職香港五星級酒店的烘焙師主理的手工烘焙店「桃子烘焙工房」以及日本威士忌酒所「Takumi Whisky Bar」等等。

營運文員(餐廳)

職責：

協助餐廳日常營運和行政工作
負責電腦系統輸入數據資料
準確計算帳務及倉存記錄
協助採購及安排送貨服務
執行其他獲指派的工作

要求：

中五或以上程度
一年相關工作經驗(具餐飲經驗優先)
懂基本電腦操作(Word及Excel)
良好粵語，具基本中文及英文文書能力
具良好溝通能力, 團體合作精神
誠實有禮、勤奮、守時、有責任心

工作時間:

尖沙咀餐廳工作
早上10時至晚上8時
10小時工作
每月6日例假
