Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the proteomics platform, installing and testing related equipment, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and performance standards;

2. Manage the daily operation of the mass spectrometry platform, including equipment maintenance, sample analysis, data processing, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the platform equipment and data accuracy;

3. Formulate and implement the operating procedures and quality management system of the mass spectrometry platform, establish sample processing and analysis processes, and ensure the standardization and normalization of the experimental process;

4. Establish and maintain experimental records and data management systems to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of experimental data;

5. Develop new detection methods and products, and continuously improve detection efficiency and product quality through proteomics technology;

6. Manage the safety and environmental protection of the platform laboratory to ensure the safety and reliability of laboratory facilities and equipment;

7. Participate in the planning and design of scientific research projects, provide mass spectrometry analysis solutions, and assist in experimental design and data interpretation;

7.参与科研项目规划和设计,提供质谱分析方案,协助进行实验设计和数据解读;

Job requirements

1. Master degree or above in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, biotechnology, proteomics or related fields;

2. At least 3 years of experience in mass spectrometry platform management or related fields, experience in proteomics experiment design, execution and management is preferred;

3. Rich experience in mass spectrometry analysis, familiar with common mass spectrometry techniques and instrument operation, master related operation, maintenance, management and data analysis techniques;

4. Experience and ability in conducting proteomics research, familiar with mass spectrometry detection methods for clinical samples;

5. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and partners;

6. Strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work requirements, and solve problems encountered in experiments.
