Into our team we are looking for an

Accounting Analyst

who provides and supports to RES in the areas of communication, process, systems and people.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure all RES invoices are vetted, paid (and accounted for), RES EMEA related financial journals are posted in a timely and error free manner.
• Input accounting information on invoices and selection of initial approvers and following up with appropriate approvers when urgent.
• Create and establish best practices for migrated processes.
• Prepare financial journals that relate to special premises GAAP requirements.
• Re-engineer and standardize migrated functions to ensure compliance with agreed best practice.
• Act as a first point of contact for all issues in relation to RES invoices and escalate accordingly when needed to the relevant team/person.
• Support for physical inventory reviews & resulting clean-ups, audit and compliance efforts for RES EMEA.

What we’ll need from you:

• 2-3 years Operations experience in an Accounting role.
• General accrual based Accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry preferred.
• Experience working with Fixed Assets is needed.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent research and problem solving skills
• Good IT background in areas such as MS Office. Confident working with large datasets.
