Job Summary

What you will do

• Provide first line support to Pt P team including escalated issues
• Identify training needs within the team, support the onboarding of new team members, securing team competence
• Oversee invoice booking
• Communicate with outsourcing company on a daily basis, code FI invoices, solve issues and provide necessary information for booking
• Interact daily with the relevant SM department and PR creators to resolve invoice booking issues
• Oversee vendor balance reconciliation and follow up, manage blocked invoices
• Hold systematic discussions related to vendors and handle reminders
• Oversee advance A/P, Pre Paid, GR-IR reconciliation
• Cooperate with RTR team regarding Monthly and Yearly closing steps
• Participate in the development of PTP process
• Take parti in Implementing and maintaining best practices and control framework requirements of the relevant process
• Work on process improvement related KPIs

We believe you have

• University/College degree in Accounting or Economics
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in PTP area
• Addittional 1-2 years of work experience in other accounting areas would be an advantage
• Excel Pivot knowledge - this is a must
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise and multitaks
• Good problem solving skills
• Good organisational skills and exactitude on work
• Ability to work well in a Team
• Abulitiy to show high level of initiative
• Fluent in English, both written and oral - this is is a must
• French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/German language is advantage
• SAP FI module knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in payment process is an advantage
• Chartered Accountant is an advantage
