Project Logistics Expert Eastern Europe

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Take care of operational activities for all Projects Logistics dedicated to the defined customer
Take pre- and post-transportation dispositions, organize and control pick-ups and deliveries, customs clearance and all other shipment relevant activities
Capture relevant data in the in-house computer system and if required in customers and customs systems.
Provide a top-level customer service to our customers (internal and external) consisting of general inquiries, reservations, pre-alerts, etc.
Respond on customer needs - related to Freight forwarding activities
Arrange delivery with intention on best possible customer satisfaction
Communication with all subcontractors, other stations, agents and with customer
Considering and planning the most effective route and type of freight
Tracking the movement of freight and in case of any deviations proactively searching for alternative solutions to satisfy customer
Actively search for new solutions
Preparing freight offers for internal and external customers using trusted subcontractors
Support Business Development Team

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Proved forwarding skills with min. 3 years working experience on relevant position in International Freight Forwarding Company
Ability and readiness to adapt to new business environment
Advanced English - written and spoken
Hungarian – mother tongue
High sense of responsibility and accuracy, ability to persuade
Initiative and innovative attitude towards work and processes’ optimization
Out of the box thinking, open minded
Ability to work in a dynamic international team
Excellent communication skills
