Job Description
Administration:

• A1 certificate requests / track the expiry of the certificates for international travels
• Expense claim support to Core Team
• Trainees (onboarding info, ESS support, collecting timesheets)
• Timesheet collecting of full-timers, tracking
• Purchasing (stationery, occasional ordering)
• Access to folders, creating, updating mailing lists (based on requests)
• Ad hoc support in meeting room / catering reservation at the Campus
• Organization of meeting calendar 2025
• Event organization
• Preparation of ppt presentations
• Travel organization (flight tickets and hotel reservations)

Qualifications

• Active, full-time student status
• Ongoing studies at Bsc or Msc level in Hungary
• You are fluent in English language
• You can work with us for a longer period, for at least 30 hours per week
• Good communication skills, open to collaboration and teamwork
