The Business Support Centre (BSC) of Avis Budget Group located in the heart of Budapest, Hungary, takes care of various commercial and financial activities to support our processes in the EMEA region. We speak more than 7 languages and are proud to work in the greenest office of Budapest in the 13th district. Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for administration? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our Fines Management team. What you´ll do:
- Support the Fines Management Team with processing and paying traffic fines and providing data to authorities.
- Support senior colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Help with updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes.
You should apply if you bring:
- Have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card.
- Speak fluent English and any other European language is an advantage.
- Are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) confidently.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
