As the Global Business Process Manager Analytics and Insights for Demand 2Pay (D2P), you are part of the Global Business Process Management organization. In this role, you will be responsible and leading the End to end (E2) D2P Strategy realization with a major focus on Analytics and Insights. In the role you are accountable for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design for Analytics and Insights within the E2E process. In this role you closely align with the other different process areas like upstream procurement, requisition to receipt, accounts payables including master data as well as the global deployment of our solution portfolio. You will work in close collaboration with Business Owners and senior stakeholders from Procurement, Finance, Business, RSS & IT, both divisionally & cross divisionally.

• Create, shape and implement the Demand 2 Pay vision and strategy to ensure Roche is well equipped to have data and insights available E2E to drive data driven decision making
  
• Lead the D2P Data Domain and the underlying D2P Data Strategy to enable ongoing performance and opportunity management E2E and implement & drive our AI Strategy (considering compliance as well as data privacy)
  
• Shape and orchestrate the Analytics capabilities required for a robust E2E Process Health and Performance management
  
• Actively pursue the implementation and continuous review of the vision and strategy
  
• Lead product development with focus on Analytics and Insights by leveraging internal and external innovation, including providing clear guardrails to enable best in class realization. Collaborate with Business Owners and cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into prioritized features
  
• Establish clear metrics for your designed business process area to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including automation, across all networks, Procurement, RSS Operations, affiliates, and IT by using market insights and best practices
  
• Work closely together Business Owners and other senior Stakeholders to drive and support process improvement wherever possible as well as establishing a well deserved customer experience
  

Who you are:

• Strong E2E business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical and market expertise for Strategic Supplier, Risk and Resilience Management
  
• Constant drive & willingness to explore new market opportunities & innovations for the D2P Data Domain
  
• Partner with other Data & Reporting organizations in Roche (e.g. in Finance, Diagnostics, etc.) to build cross-functional data products
  
• Strong understanding of the D2P E2E Process & Solution Landscape (GEP, SAP etc.) and ability to translate into “data language”
  
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making
  
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities
  
• Firm believe that data is a key asset to consciously steer and enable decision making in the BPM Team and beyond incl. identify opportunities for continuous improvement & innovation
