DESCRIPTION

Revamp standards to align with GAI requirements; Author Departure Management only done on ad hoc basis (this is foundational to 3DR function)
Revamp Training Materials to align with GAI; Automate Author Training; Host regular Domain Owner meetings have been put on hold
Update 3DR Policy to reflect Automated Governance
Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline and budget

QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and Power Point presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics.
Financial Services Industry experience
