YOUR ROLE
- Ensure accurate and timely financial closing and reporting processes in compliance with local and group accounting standards
- Oversee tax compliance, including corporate, real estate, and property taxes, while building strong relationships with tax authorities
- Lead accounting and tax-related projects, such as system migrations, process improvements, and other key initiatives
- Serve as the key contact for auditors, tax authorities, and external professionals. Lead the finance team in Hungary, coaching and developing team members
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting and tax processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
YOUR SKILLS
- Certified Accountant in Hungary with a strong grasp of Hungarian tax regulations
- Fluent in Hungarian, with strong communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, proactive, and independent approach
- Strong analytical skills, experience leading teams, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage
