- Contract via 3rd party agency
You will:
- Support the Budapest HR team with end-to-end HR administrative procedures: onboarding, termination, mobility process etc.
- Provide assistance in general operational tasks: draft communications, organize meetings/events prepare meeting notes, assist with business trip arrangements, process invoices, coordinate catering for events
- Ensure that the HR team’s IT and other equipment needs are met, collaborate with Corporate Services and coordinate office supplies
- Prepare reports and basic analysis: e.g. office attendance, cost analysis of events, training attendance etc.
- Collaborate with other HR teams (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, HR Solutions etc.) and provide administrative support to them as necessary
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Decent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High level of spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Eager to learn attitude
- Experience in administration is an advantage
