• Support and advise local teams.
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening, active search, and interviewing with the site manager.
• Serve as the go-to person and interface for labor law matters and local HR policies, including contract creation, general HR inquiries, and payroll coordination.
• Implement and expand our benefits to foster a positive work environment.
• Advise and support site management and employees on HR matters.
• Handle general office management tasks for our new Budapest office, such as ordering supplies, setup, and ensuring cleanliness and organization

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role in Hungary, such as Recruiting, HR, Back Office, etc.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, with a good network.
• Engaging personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for professional service with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Hungarian and German (C1 level), with English at B2 level.
• Resilience, strong organizational and implementation skills complete your profile.
