About the role

You will be joining Zenitech Delivery capability as a Monitoring Specialist with senior-level technical skills and experience. Based out of the Infopark offices in Budapest you will join a distributed multicultural team of engineers working on high-impact projects and join. Also, in this role, we will invite a new colleague to come to the client's office 3 times a week.

What you’ll do

• Analyze architecture, align with development and operations
• Set up monitoring processes, document the monitoring flow, and continuously improve and support the system.
• Monitor performance and back-end infrastructure.
• Select and monitor the right metrics in order to provide quality feedback to the software developers and the overall health of the operations.
• Understand and know what kind of technical metrics will play what role in the performance of a business process.
• Work with cross-functional teams.

Skills and qualities we appreciate

• Experience with Dynatrace - an AI-powered data platform.
• Experience with Prometheus - Monitoring system & time series database.
  
• Background in monitoring and banking/financial industries.
• Ability to work in global cross-functional teams.
• Hungarian and English languages.
• BSc degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
