Job Description
As our second recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our headcount growth in Hungary. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, source top talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure we scale efficiently.
This role is crucial to our expansion, giving you the autonomy to make a direct impact on our success. We need someone proactive, resourceful, and passionate about finding the best talent.
What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment process. From sourcing to hiring, you'll oversee the entire cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for every candidate.
• Source candidates through diverse channels. You’ll actively find talent through job boards, social media, and networking, making sure we’re reaching the right people.
• Keep candidates informed. You’ll take ownership of candidate communication, ensuring every applicant receives updates and feedback throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics. You’ll monitor key data like time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction, helping us continuously refine and improve our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:

• You have 2 years of experience in Recruitment (either at an agency or on the corporate side).
• You’re a pro at managing the recruitment process from start to finish. It’s crucial that you handle everything—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring—ensuring the best candidates are selected efficiently and effectively.
• You’re resourceful in finding the right talent. Whether through job boards, social media, or networking, you’ll be actively sourcing candidates using a variety of methods to attract top talent for our open roles.
• You’re committed to providing an excellent candidate experience. Every applicant should feel informed and supported throughout the process, and you’ll be responsible for ensuring clear communication at every stage—from initial contact to final decision.
• You’re data-driven and detail-oriented. Tracking recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and candidate feedback, will help you optimize our processes and ensure we’re continuously improving.
• You speak fluent English and Hungarian.

• Experience in recruitment for technical roles such as software developers, data engineers, data scientists.
• Experience using recruitment KPIs and effectively improving them.
• You like to kick back with your colleagues during a coffee break.

Additional Information
Home Office: We work two days from the office and three days from home – but we don’t check it, we don’t track it and we don’t decide which days you choose. We trust that you are the best judge of when and where you’re most effective. But we’d still like to meet you every now and then, because we believe in in-person relationships and ”watercooler conversations.”

Selection process

• First, there will be a short call with us to see what you are looking for.
• Second, you will be invited to an in-person or video interview with our Recruitment Manager.
• Then you will get to meet some of the Hiring Managers as well. It is very important that you get to meet the people whom you'll be working the most with.
