Orbit Streem Kft (or OB-Streem as it will be renamed) is seeking a highly motivated Junior Planner with a passion for planning and customer service to join our team in Hungary.

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Planner for our premises on the Pest side of Budapest.

Responsibilities

• Plan and reschedule of the routes according to company’s processes and culture.
• Manage any issue that may occur during transportation (eg. Closed roads, mechanical problems of trucks or trailers).
• Communicate with customers as the focal point and always aim at final customers’ satisfaction.
• Monitor, organize and prepare CMRs for the drivers.
• Plan orders in the company’s system.
• Communicate with drivers; help drivers with their paperwork (check their documents)
• Prepare invoices’ forms and reports
• Keep data in storage, scan and fill documents, print contracts.
• Monitor the stock of the office supplies.
• Participate in possible projects assigned by the Manager of the department.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English language (oral and written).
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers.
• Team-work spirit.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. A degree in Shipping / Supply Chain / Logistics will be considered an asset.
