Job Flexibility:

Tasks:
> Legal Support to various business units at the company, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
> Strong focus on legal advice in labour law and data privacy related legal issues.
> Contract management and negotiation: Independent drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements (including sales and supplier agreement)
> Support the company in assessing and identifying legal risks associated with the company’s business activity and planned projects.
> Develop and implement solutions to avoid these risks, in cooperation with central departments.
> In case of dispute resolution managing and support of the company in legal disputes, litigation and close cooperation with external attorney.
> Cooperation with HQ Legal department in local and EU law related legal topics
> Legal research and keeping updated in legal trends and latest legislation
> Willingness to travel on business trips regularly within Hungary
> Support of the work of the General Counsel Hungary

Requirements:
> Law degree and successful bar exams in Hungary
> Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience (especially commercial law and labour law) in an international law firm or in multinational corporate environment
> Manage MS Office programs with confidence.

• > Fluent English and Hungarian language skills; German language skill is an advantage
