Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in operational tasks
• Updating and releasing documents, e.g. Instructions, Local procedures; 5S documents
• Introduction and support of LEAN methods
• Coordination, implementation, and auditing of 5S system
• Preparation of standard work documentation and process descriptions
• Participation on 5S gemba
• Monitoring 5S processes and their responsibles
• Reporting
• Learning new technologies
• Learning by creating value

Your Qualifications

• BSc/MSc student in a field of Engineering/Technical management/Lean improvement engineering
• Available for min 20 hours/week
• Active English knowledge (oral and written)
• Active Hungarian knowledge (oral and written)
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate
• Being open minded
• Willingness to learn
• Proactive and flexible personality
