As a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Cluster Lead, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of senior experts to deliver high-quality financial services across global business units. This role involves coordinating finance and accounting activities and managing resources across regions in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, supporting Roche’s Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Divisions. You will drive cross-regional alignment within the manufacturing finance network and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of Plan to Deliver Finance processes.

As a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Cluster Lead, you will lead, coach, and inspire a team of senior experts to deliver high-quality financial services across global business units. This role involves coordinating finance and accounting activities and managing resources across regions in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, supporting Roche’s Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics Divisions. You will drive cross-regional alignment within the manufacturing finance network and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of Plan to Deliver Finance processes.

Managing people within the global MSC team by setting goals, frequently evaluating performance, coaching, and supporting career development and administrative tasks.

Fostering team growth through mentorship, creating platforms for knowledge-sharing, and promoting a “Best in Class” mindset.

Leading change management initiatives and role modeling to adapt the team to evolving business needs and ensure high engagement.

Integrating the team within finance and non-finance networks to enhance P2D finance impact and seek added value for the business.

Collaborating with RSS MSC Product Lead and BPM organization to refine product strategy, optimize scope, and maintain impactful work packages.

Overseeing quality, efficiency, and compliance of services, ensuring timely, high-standard delivery that meets local, corporate, and audit requirements.

Coordinating global maintenance of master data for standard costing and managing dependencies across divisional planning cycles.

Driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, managing operational projects, and supporting global initiatives for Eliminate, Simplify, Standardize, and Automate.
Who you are:
-
University or college education in Finance or Accounting; IAS Certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is an advantage
-
10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting within Manufacturing, with 5+ years in people management, project management experience of 3+ years is preferred

Expertise in product costing, cost analysis, and manufacturing finance; proficient in ERP systems, especially SAP.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to organize complex data into meaningful, actionable insights

Proven skills in negotiation, influencing, and building strong relationships across departments (e.g., supply chain, finance)

Advanced coaching and mentoring abilities, with experience in collaborative, multicultural environments

Proficiency in English
