Negotiator - Industrial & Logistics Job Description Summary
A position is available to join the market leaders in commercial real estate consultancy, based in Budapest, Hungary. The candidate would work in the Industrial team. Job Description
Key Role & Responsibilities :
- Participating in the marketing and leasing process of modern and secondary industrial/logistics properties
- Cold calling, follow-up calling – both in English and in Hungarian
- Keep contact with national and international clients on regular basis
- Negotiating contracts, concluding lease agreements
- Preparing marketing materials, updating the website
- Maintaining and improving the database of tenants and properties through extensive market research
- Cooperate with other C&W teams in Hungary and across the CEE region
Preferred Experience:
- Education: University or College degree
- Language: Native Hungarian, Fluent English both written and oral
- Personal skills: Team player, accurate hard working
- Good communication skills
- Minimum one year real estate market experience is a strong advantage
