Your responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including handling mail, emails, and telephone communications.
- Translate documents and communications as needed.
Your qualifications:
- Proficient in English (B2-C1 level required).
- Proficient in German (B2 level or higher preferred).
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Capable of working independently with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Flexible, proactive, and hands-on mentality.
