Key Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with fleet companies to ensure smooth communication and information flow.

Work closely with the local operations and business development teams to align on compliance strategies.

Schedule and facilitate meetings with fleet partners to discuss compliance matters.
-
Gather and organize documentation required for compliance audits.
-
Conduct audits of fleet partners to assess their compliance with regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
-
Prepare detailed reports documenting audit findings, including any instances of non-compliance.
-
Work with management to implement recommended changes and enhance compliance processes.
-
Contribute to developing and updating compliance guidelines, workshops, and training materials.
-
Assist in expanding the compliance program to verify delivery guidelines and practices.
-
Prepare regular reports on compliance activities, key performance indicators, and audit findings for management.

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role would be beneficial
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
